Have you installed the TrueType or Type 1 (PostScript) format of the font(s)?

Which Languages/Input Locales are installed and which keyboards are associated with those Languages/Input Locales? (Details)

Do you have the alternate language (such as Af or Da in the box above) chosen when you experience the problems you describe below?

Please explain the exact symptoms. Tell us what you do and what are the results.
 

If you did not explain it above, what keystrokes do you type and what appears on screen?

Does the result you get on screen appear in print?
